We hold space for our collective cultural transformation through community events featuring
performance art, song, skill building, and connection with nature.
These gatherings are a space to offer our voices for healing individual and cultural wounding and awakening concious wholeness.

Why Sing?
In addition to fast-tracking social bonding by building connection and a sense of togetherness, singing also has major health benefits.
Singing is shown to enhance memory, concentration, and mental alertness and is being brought into dementia care.
It improves lung capacity and breathing conditions- like snoring and long covid effects.
Singing improves mental and physical health and self-confidence by releasing endorphins, serotonin and dopamine into the body
which also lowers stress levels.
It even acts as a mild aerobic activity by introducing more oxygen into the blood and increasing the body's circulation.
Also, people who sing are shown to have higher levels of immunoglobulin A which is an antibody that helps the body fend off
infections- thus increasing the body's immune system.
So we sing because it feels good and it's good for us!
