Open Air Yoga at Full Life Farm

Join us for personal and small group yoga classes in our open air studio at Full Life Farm. The setting is close to nature and the gardens. If you can't get to the farm, Terra may be available to come to you. Contact her for private sessions at the farm or in your home or workplace. All fitness levels welcome.

Meditation Mondays
Camden is hosting a free hour-long meditation practice in the yoga space on Monday mornings at 10:30.

Tuesday/Thursday Yoga
Terra has weekly studio hours from 8:45 to 9:45, Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Donations appreciated.

Terra Currie-Feather is a Certified Yoga Teacher since 2012, yet has been practicing and teaching Hatha Yoga since 1997. She is also certified in prenatal and pospartum yoga, as well as specializes in yoga for rehabilitation.
In addition to yoga, Terra has studied various styles of dance, theatrical movement, and massage. This diversity of study offers depth to her teachings about breath, movement, and body awareness. Terra's classes meet each student at their own fitness level and help students gently increase their flexibility, strength, and decrease their general stress levels.
